Since the construction of the Women's Campus and resulting transition to single sex education, classroom discipline at DCCC's Men's Campus has become more time consuming. Twice the percentage of male students of course means twice as many classroom spankings, but for some reason the number has increased much more than that. Perhaps the fact that all teachers (and even clerical staff) are now male has created a kind of military or male-bonding mentality.
When a few more bare bottom spankings in front of the class would consume too much instruction time, instructors can hand out disciplinary referrals and the students must then go on their own time (but within 48 hours) to the men's locker room at the old gym, now known as "The Spanking Room", where group punishment sessions occur mornings and afternoons.
The clerical side of this is handled by volunteers from the high school across the street., for whom this plum assignment is a reward for good behavior.
