Hah! I didn't pick up this reveal on my first readthrough. Earlier in the story Algebra Teacher was wondering who had ratted him out, and assumed it was one of the women. But here principal reveals it was actually Coach who did the ratting! That makes this page much funnier, and also explains Coach's expression during that earlier conversation.
Yeah, one of the problems with this kind of slow serialization is little details-or even major plot point-slip from memory. I doubt if many noticed the way this was set up in that earlier shot. But in story time it's 2-3 minutes ago!
The same problem is present in a few webcomics I read (some of which only update once or twice a week). Just means the occassional trawl through the archives is necessary to refresh ourselves.
